Arada KSA has announced access to a land development portfolio of 10 million square meters across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Makkah, with a total value estimated at SAR50 billion. The company was established through a partnership with Saudi developer XTOPIA.
The portfolio's first project is a large-scale residential master plan in the Al Rimal District of northeastern Riyadh, with an investment value of SAR14 billion. The development covers approximately 2.5 million square meters and is designed to deliver a complete residential community.
Plans for the Riyadh project include around 3,500 villas and townhouses, alongside a range of community amenities. These feature a school, retail facilities, a community center, sports facilities, and approximately 100,000 trees planted across the site.
What It Means for Residents
On-site construction and sales for the Riyadh project are expected to begin in 2027. For families and prospective homebuyers in the capital, the development adds a significant new supply of housing options in a fast-growing part of the city, paired with schooling, retail, and green spaces within the same community.
The scale of the broader portfolio, spanning three major cities, signals continued momentum in Saudi Arabia's residential and urban development sector, offering residents more choices in the years ahead.
