Health Holding Company has recruited 12,914 Saudi nationals during 2026, as part of a broad push to expand the national healthcare workforce and open new career paths for citizens in the sector.
Alongside the recruitment drive, the company approved 2,405 employment-linked training contracts during the year, giving participants structured preparation tied directly to future roles. It also announced 4,291 additional healthcare vacancies spread across 20 health clusters nationwide.
Together, these measures brought the 2026 total to 19,610 recruitment, training, and advertised-job opportunities — a significant combined figure that reflects continued investment in building local medical and administrative talent.
How to apply
Applications for the newly announced vacancies are submitted electronically through the relevant health cluster's employment portal. Candidates can review the detailed job requirements and submit their applications within 15 days of each cluster's announcement.
For residents, expats, and job seekers across the Kingdom, the figures point to steady demand for qualified staff in hospitals and clinics, and to a clear emphasis on training programs that link learning with employment. Applicants are encouraged to check the requirements carefully and apply within the stated window to be considered.
