The Absher platform processed more than 48.9 million electronic transactions during September 2026, reflecting the continued shift of government services to digital channels across Saudi Arabia.
Of the total, Absher Individuals handled 46,309,398 transactions, while Absher Business completed 2,600,152 transactions during the same month. The figures highlight the platform's central role for both residents and establishments in the Kingdom.
Digital document-wallet viewing was the most-used service, accounting for 37,580,936 transactions. Public Security services followed with 3,471,895 transactions, while traffic services recorded 3,339,579 and passports services reached 2,111,173. Civil Affairs services processed 570,520 transactions.
Absher also issued 125,580 reports through its reporting service, while general fingerprint inquiries totaled 1,799 during the month.
The numbers matter to the community because they show how everyday tasks — from checking official documents to renewing traffic and passport services — can be completed online without visiting government offices. This saves time for millions of users and supports the wider push toward digital government under Saudi Vision 2030.
