Real estate developer Arada KSA has announced access to a major Saudi land portfolio spanning 10 million square metres and valued at SAR 50 billion, with holdings located across Riyadh, Jeddah and Makkah. The company was established through a partnership with Saudi developer XTOPIA.

The first project to be announced under the portfolio is a residential master plan in the Al Rimal District of northeastern Riyadh, carrying an investment value of SAR 14 billion. The development is planned to include approximately 3,500 villas and townhouses.

construction on the Riyadh project is expected to begin in 2027. No official sales prices, unit fees, reservation procedures, payment plans or completion dates have been published at this stage.

Why it matters

The scale of the portfolio points to continued momentum in Saudi Arabia's residential property sector, particularly in the capital, where demand for new housing remains strong. A development of 3,500 homes in northeastern Riyadh could add meaningful supply to a fast-growing part of the city.

For residents and prospective buyers, the project is still in its early stages, and key details such as pricing, availability and booking arrangements have not yet been released. Saudi Living will continue to follow the project as further information becomes official.
