Community sports programs are expanding across Saudi Arabia, giving residents and families more ways to stay active through walking, running, cycling, fitness activities, tournaments, and organized sports groups. The programs are run nationwide by the Saudi Sports for All Federation and are designed to make regular physical activity part of daily life.

Participants can discover and join activities, create their own sports groups, and register for events through the federation's official app, which serves as the main channel for community sports participation and activity challenges. A dedicated programs page offers additional details on what is available in each region.

Programs across the Kingdom

Several initiatives are currently active. The "10 Billion Steps" program encourages participation nationwide, while "Move with Us" offers running and cycling activities in multiple regions. In the Eastern Province, SFA Domes operates as a year-round multisport facility.

For younger residents, the 2025–2026 Active Program runs in five Saudi cities and targets children aged 6 to 18. Its activities include beach football, beach volleyball, beach handball, yoga, Zumba, and entertainment areas, along with activities that support people with disabilities.

The push reflects a wider national focus on wellness and healthier lifestyles, bringing structured sports opportunities closer to local communities in Riyadh, Jeddah, and other areas.

Public registration fees, fixed prices, and standardized participation charges are not published for these programs. Residents are advised to check event availability, schedules, eligibility, and any fees directly through the federation's app or its programs page before taking part.
