HUMAIN and NVIDIA have unveiled plans to build up to 84 megawatts of artificial-intelligence computing capacity in Saudi Arabia, a buildout representing roughly 27,000 NVIDIA GPUs. The expanded partnership positions the Kingdom as a growing hub for high-performance AI infrastructure.
The initial phase will deliver 14 megawatts of capacity powered by NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra HGX B300 systems and about 6,000 GPUs, with deployment scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026. The systems will run on NVIDIA Quantum-X800 InfiniBand networking, designed for the high-speed data transfer that large AI workloads require.
This first tranche of capacity is intended for HUMAIN Cloud as well as AI companies, public-sector entities, and local organizations across Saudi Arabia, giving domestic users access to advanced computing power without relying on facilities abroad.
Further phases planned
Beyond the initial rollout, the plan includes an additional 50 megawatts of NVIDIA Vera Rubin infrastructure intended for an unnamed U.S. customer, with deployment targeted from June 2027. A separate 20-megawatt Vera Rubin deployment earmarked for HUMAIN Cloud is targeted for July to August 2027.
For residents and businesses in the Kingdom, the project signals continued investment in the local technology sector and the kind of computing backbone that supports cloud services, research, and AI development. It is an infrastructure and business partnership only; it does not involve any government application, fee, visa, residency, or public registration process.
