Jeddah to Host First Syrian SYRIX Industries Expo 2026

Jeddah is set to host the first edition of the Syrian Industries "SYRIX" Expo, a business-to-business exhibition dedicated to Syrian industrial products, scheduled for 8–11 September 2026 at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events. Earlier plans had listed 17–20 August 2026, but the dates were officially moved to September.

The expo aims to promote Syrian industrial products and open trade and investment channels between Syrian companies and the Saudi market. It will focus on sectors including textiles, engineering industries, chemical industries, food industries, cosmetics, and supporting services, bringing manufacturers together with Saudi importers, distributors, and market decision-makers.

On the Syrian side, the event is being organized under the auspices of the Syrian Ministry of Economy and Foreign Trade, with participation from Syrian industrial chambers. For the Saudi audience, it is presented as a platform for businesspeople and buyers to explore direct export deals and build long-term trade partnerships. Organizers say the exhibition will showcase Syrian production capabilities across industry, agriculture, tourism, culture, social affairs, and labor.

Booth and participation registration for Syrian companies is open until 30 June 2026, with priority given based on order of reservation and payment. As of now, no exact participation fees, ticket prices, or visitor entry charges have been published, and no specific procedures for visitors — such as e-registration through government portals or dedicated visa or customs arrangements tied to the expo — have been announced beyond general trade and export rules.
