Misk has launched the eighth cohort of its 2030 Leaders program in Riyadh, a leadership development initiative aimed at nurturing Saudi national talent. The new cohort runs from October 2026 through April 2027, with applications having closed on 15 July 2026.
The program targets experienced Saudi professionals, requiring applicants to hold Saudi nationality and bring senior leadership experience from the public or private sector, or a track record of successful entrepreneurship. Candidates must have at least 10 years of work experience — including 5 years in leadership roles — strong written and spoken English, and be aged 45 or younger at the time of application.
As part of the application, candidates are asked to explain how they plan to advance Vision 2030 and create long-term national impact. The selection process is structured across several stages: submitting the online application with qualifying documents, completing a psychometric assessment and a one-way video interview, a virtual competency-based interview, and a final virtual interview with an alumni panel.
Why it matters
The program offers more than training. Participants take part in applied projects, practical experiences, and networking opportunities with leaders and experts across sectors. For the Kingdom's growing community of professionals, initiatives like this reinforce the national push to build local leadership capacity in line with the country's long-term development goals.
By focusing on seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs, the 2030 Leaders program continues to position Saudi talent at the center of the Kingdom's transformation agenda.
