Misk has opened the eighth cohort of its 2030 Leaders program, launched in October 2026 to develop Saudi national talent for senior leadership roles. The cohort runs from October 2026 to April 2027, and applications closed on 15 July 2026.
The program targets Saudi nationals aged 45 or younger at the time of application. Candidates must have at least 10 years of work experience, including a minimum of five years in a leadership position, along with proficiency in written and spoken English. It is aimed at accomplished senior leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals from the public, private, and nonprofit sectors who are seeking national leadership roles.
Selection takes place over four stages: an online application and document submission; a psychometric assessment and one-way video interview; a virtual competency-based interview; and a final virtual interview with an alumni panel.
The total value of the program is SAR 180,000 while the subsidized participant fee is SAR 75,000, excluding travel and accommodation, which are estimated at SAR 15,000 to SAR 20,000. Participants may pay the SAR 75,000 fee directly or request employer coverage, with Misk covering the remaining cost. A limited number of full scholarships are available for eligible applicants, excluding travel and accommodation.
Why it matters
The eighth cohort includes practical experiences, applied projects, and learning and networking opportunities with leaders and experts. Programs of this kind support the wider national effort to build qualified local leadership capable of taking on influential roles across sectors in the Kingdom.
