A Saudi-Chinese joint venture has secured a contract worth SAR 1.15 billion (about USD 306 million) to deliver the curtain-wall façade for Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium in القدية City, الرياض. The deal covers the design, supply, and installation of the exterior glass façade across the main stadium building, its museum, and ancillary buildings.

The contract was awarded to IKK Fangda JV Co., a venture majority-owned by Shihui International Holdings, a subsidiary of China Fangda Group, with a 51% stake. The remaining 49% is held by Isam Kabbani & Partners, part of the Saudi IKK Group. The façade scope falls under Lots 1 and 3 of the wider development.

The work is being carried out under the project's main contractor, Uptown Stadium Construction JV, a partnership between FCC Construcción and Nesma & Partners. The façade package is scheduled for completion over an execution period of 863 days.

Once finished, the stadium will seat 45,000 spectators and is planned as one of the venues for the 2034 FIFA World Cup to be hosted in Saudi Arabia.

The award marks another milestone in القدية's development as a major entertainment and sports destination near الرياض. For residents and visitors, projects like this signal a growing pipeline of world-class venues expected to create jobs, draw international events, and expand leisure options across the capital region in the years ahead.
