A Saudi-Chinese joint venture has been awarded a contract worth SAR 1.15 billion to deliver the facade work for Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium in Qiddiya City, in the Riyadh Region. The award was made on 18 October 2026.

The consortium, known as IKK Fangda JV, combines Shihui International Holdings, affiliated with China Fangda Group, which holds a 51% stake, and Isam Kabbani & Partners, affiliated with the Saudi IKK Group, which holds 49%.

Under the contract, the joint venture will handle the design, supply, and installation of curtain-wall facades for the main stadium, the museum, and the ancillary buildings. The main stadium falls under Package 1, while the museum and ancillary buildings are covered by Package 3. The counterparty on the project is Uptown Stadium Construction JV, which brings together FCC Construcción and Nesma & Partners.

The work is scheduled to run over an execution period of 863 days, or roughly two years and four months.

The stadium is a planned venue within Qiddiya City, one of the Riyadh Region's large-scale developments. At this stage, no public visitor ticket prices, operating hours, or public-access channels have been announced. For residents and expats following the growth of the capital's entertainment and sports landscape, the contract marks another step in bringing one of Qiddiya's flagship projects closer to completion.
