Why it matters

Oil export volumes remain a key indicator of economic activity in the Kingdom and across the region. Shifts in monthly loading levels can influence government revenue, which in turn supports public spending, infrastructure projects, and the broader diversification goals set out under national development plans. For residents and businesses, these trends offer useful context on the pace of the wider economy.
