ZOOD Real Estate has launched Élevée, a mixed-use development valued at more than SAR 2.5 billion, in the Al-Nakheel district of Riyadh. The project sits roughly 1.5 kilometres from مركز الملك عبدالله المالي and is scheduled for completion by the end of 2029.
Élevée is designed around eight towers: three residential, two hospitality, and three office towers. The hospitality component will house a hotel and serviced apartments, while retail space will be provided in two additional standalone buildings.
The residential offering totals 1,779 apartments, ranging from one- to three-bedroom units to duplexes and penthouses. Planned facilities include childcare, dedicated children's areas, business lounges, swimming pools, cafés, restaurants, a sports club, reception services, and round-the-clock security.
More than 40% of the project area is set aside as open or landscaped space, a feature that stands out in a dense urban location close to one of الرياض's main business hubs.
Why it matters
For residents and families looking at Riyadh's growing housing market, Élevée adds a sizeable mix of homes, hotel stays, and workspaces in a well-connected part of the city. Its proximity to the financial district could appeal to professionals seeking to live near work. At this stage, publicly available information does not include residential sale prices, rental rates, service charges, reservation fees, or payment plans, so prospective buyers and tenants will need to wait for further details from the developer.
