Saudi tourism and hospitality operators are promoting Red Sea and island resort packages as domestic and Gulf travelers begin planning late-summer 2026 stays. The campaigns center on The Red Sea destination in Tabuk Region — including Shura Island, the Ummahat Islands, Shebara and the Southern Dunes — and bundle accommodation with activities for Saudi and GCC visitors.
Among the currently operating properties, the St. Regis Red Sea Resort on the Ummahat Islands off Umluj starts from about SAR 7,000 reached via Red Sea International Airport and then boat or seaplane. Seaplane transfers cost around SAR 870 one way for standard service and SAR 1,450 one way for premium shared seating.
Nujuma, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve near Umluj, starts from about SAR 8,400 rising to roughly SAR 81,095 Shebara, the island "steel bubble" resort, is described as moderately priced relative to other Red Sea luxury properties, with rates provided directly on inquiry.
Inland, Six Senses Southern Dunes is running summer offers including 20% off the Best Flexible Rate for bookings at least seven days ahead, a "stay 3 nights, pay 2" villa deal with half board, and up to 25% off for stays of four nights or more. On Shura Island in Hanak, the Four Seasons Resort and Residences opens in May 2026 with introductory and golf packages, while The Red Sea EDITION lists standard rooms at roughly SAR 2,930 to SAR 3,950
For residents and Gulf visitors, the offers signal wider choice and flexible late-summer pricing across a growing lineup of Red Sea resorts, supporting the Kingdom's push to expand domestic tourism.
