Jeddah is set to host the inaugural Red Sea Yacht Show at Jeddah Yacht Club & Marina from 14 to 17 October 2027, in a move aimed at positioning the city as a hub for luxury marine tourism. The event was announced in September 2026 and will take place the following year.
Organisers expect the four-day show to bring together around 50 yachts, 150 exhibitors, and more than 10,000 visitors. The vessels on display are expected to include new and pre-owned superyachts, support vessels, and day cruisers, with a combined value of more than SAR11.25 billion.
Projected investment returns exceed SAR1.8 billion through yacht sales, charters, and luxury tourism activity, while a separate estimate places total economic activity at up to SAR1.875 billion. The event underlines the growing focus on high-end tourism along the Red Sea coast.
What visitors can expect
Beyond the yachts themselves, planned lifestyle offerings include luxury retail, fine dining, luxury cars, golf, diving, and dedicated yacht-related meetings and viewings. The programme is designed to appeal both to buyers and to visitors interested in the wider luxury lifestyle experience.
The show reflects a wider push to develop marine tourism in the region. By the end of the first quarter of 2026, eight yacht-rental licences had been issued, pointing to a steadily expanding charter sector.
No official visitor-ticket price, exhibitor fee, yacht-registration fee, or booking procedure has been announced so far. Likewise, no dedicated visa process, permit fee, or validity period specific to the show has been confirmed. Saudi Living will share further practical details for residents and visitors as they become available.
