Riyadh to Host Warehousing & Logistics Expo 2026

Riyadh will host the Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Expo 2026 from 30 August to 1 September 2026, in its third annual edition. The three-day national trade fair takes place at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (RFECC) on Airport Road, Riyadh, with daily opening hours from 3 PM to 9 PM.

The event brings together the full logistics value chain, covering warehousing, material handling, cold chain, fleet management, last-mile delivery, multimodal transport, ports and third-party logistics (3PL). Organizers expect around 400 exhibitors, about 18,000 visitors, and an exhibition area of roughly 20,000 square meters.

For 2026, the expo moves and expands to the Riyadh Front venue, with increased floor space and a larger exhibitor count compared with earlier editions. The event is positioned as part of Riyadh's growing role as a national and regional logistics hub under the National Transport and Logistics Strategy and رؤية السعودية 2030.

How to attend

Visitor entry is free of charge for professionals, and no ticket fee is currently listed for visitors. Registration is done online through the official event website form, which asks for name, company, role, email, mobile number, country and sector. It does not use أبشر, مقيم, قوى, ناجز, نفاذ or توكلنا.

Once registered, visitors receive an email confirmation and an electronic badge or QR code to present at the venue. On-site badge printing is available, and entry is valid for all three days of the expo. Exhibitor and sponsor participation is handled directly with the organizer via the website and email, with custom commercial packages; fixed stand prices are not currently published.

No mandatory registration through government platforms is required to visit, and base exhibition entry remains free for the community of logistics and supply chain professionals.
