Saudi Arabia's plan to host the 2034 FIFA World Cup centers on 15 stadiums spread across five host cities: Riyadh, Jeddah, Al Khobar, Abha, and NEOM. The program includes 11 newly planned stadiums alongside four existing venues set to be upgraded, with construction and refurbishment phased for completion through approximately 2032.

Riyadh is set to take the leading role, hosting eight of the 15 stadiums. Among the new builds, King Salman International Stadium in Riyadh is the largest, with a planned capacity of 92,760, and is intended to host the opening match and the final. Other Riyadh venues include Prince Mohammed bin Salman Stadium (46,979), New Murabba Stadium (46,010), ROSHN Stadium (46,000), Prince Faisal bin Fahad Sports City Stadium (46,865), and South Riyadh Stadium (47,060).

In Jeddah, the plan features Qiddiya Coast Stadium (46,096) and Jeddah Central Development Stadium (45,794). King Abdullah Economic City Stadium (45,700) and Aramco Stadium in Al Khobar (46,096) round out the regional spread, along with NEOM Stadium (46,010). Three further proposed venues — King Fahad Sports City Stadium, King Abdullah Sports City Stadium, and King Saud University Stadium — are existing or refurbished grounds rather than new builds.

For residents and expats, the project signals a major expansion of sports and leisure infrastructure across the Kingdom in the years ahead, reaching several cities rather than a single hub. Individual designs, capacities, construction schedules, and venue classifications may still change as plans advance.

At this stage, no ticket prices in Saudi Riyal, visitor fees, operating hours, or public booking procedures have been announced for these future World Cup stadiums. No official platform or ministry procedure currently applies to purchasing tickets, so community members should wait for confirmed details before making plans.
