Saudi Arabia's national cricket team has completed the 2026 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Asia Sub-Regional Qualifier B with a perfect record, winning all five of its matches to top the group and secure qualification to the next stage of the competition.

The team finished the tournament with five wins, no losses and 10 points. Along the way, the national side defeated Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, China and the Maldives, maintaining an unbeaten run from start to finish to claim the title.

With the group victory, Saudi Arabia advances to the next phase of the qualification pathway, which is scheduled for 2027. That route ultimately leads toward the 2028 ICC Men's T20 World Cup.

Cricket continues to grow in popularity across the Kingdom, driven in large part by a diverse community of residents and expatriates who follow and play the sport. The national team's strong showing offers a boost to the local game and gives fans across Riyadh, Jeddah and beyond a competitive side to rally behind.

The unbeaten campaign marks an encouraging milestone as Saudi Arabia looks to build on its momentum in the stages ahead and push for a place on the sport's biggest global stage.
