SURJ Launches radia Sports-Venue Venture in Saudi Arabia

SURJ Sports Investment, a company owned by the Public Investment Fund, launched a new sports-infrastructure and venue-services venture called radia on 16 July 2026, in partnership with Live Nation and Oak View Group. The joint venture is designed to support the growing portfolio of sporting facilities being built across Saudi Arabia.

radia will operate across the full lifecycle of a venue. Its work covers venue design review, operational planning and development oversight during the build phase, followed by venue management, event activations, commercialization, hospitality and fan experiences once facilities open their doors.

The venture is set to support stadiums, arenas and major sports precincts throughout the Kingdom. Xavier Campbell has been named chief executive officer of radia, which brings together the investment expertise of SURJ with the global live-events and venue-operations experience of its two partners.
