The comfortable win kept Al Ahli's perfect start to the season intact, with two wins from two matches and six points. The 4-0 result stands as the biggest home win recorded so far in the 2026-27 Saudi Pro League campaign.

The performance also lifted Toney to the top of the league's scoring charts, with four goals in his opening two matches of the season.
