Address Jabal Omar Makkah Marks Saudi National Day

Address Jabal Omar Makkah, a five-star hotel in the Al Shubaikah district on Ibrahim Al-Khalil Road, has launched themed celebrations for Saudi National Day 2026, marked on 23 September. The programme highlights Saudi heritage, Hejazi culinary traditions and local hospitality for guests staying just a few minutes' walk from Al Masjid Al Haram.

The property spans two interconnected towers with a suspended prayer hall, offering 1,268 rooms and 212 suites and accommodating up to about 3,700 guests. It also includes four restaurants, two lounges, a fitness centre and multiple meeting rooms, positioning the National Day activation as a refined cultural stay experience with panoramic views of Makkah.

National Day celebrations at the hotel have previously featured seasonal room-rate discounts during September, special Saudi buffets with discounted lunch and dinner during the National Day week, and cultural activations such as Ardah performances, henna artistry and cake-cutting ceremonies on 23 September. For 2026, the hotel is promoting thematic events and Saudi-inspired experiences, though exact prices for rooms, dining and event packages have not been published.

Guests do not need any government e-platform to book or attend the celebrations; reservations are handled directly through the hotel's own channels by phone, email or online booking. Standard stay terms apply, including check-in around 15:00, check-out around 11:00, no pets, and standard ID requirements at check-in, consistent with hotels in Makkah.

For visitors combining worship with a cultural break, the celebrations offer a way to experience Saudi hospitality and Hejazi flavours close to the Grand Mosque during the national occasion.
