The victory moved Al Hilal to 18 points, one point clear of Al Ittihad at the summit of the standings. The comprehensive result underlined the team's attacking form early in the season.

Why it matters

With the league still in its opening rounds, the wide-margin win gives Al Hilal an early edge and a healthy goal difference as the title race takes shape. For fans across the Kingdom, including supporters in Riyadh and Jeddah, the performance sets an encouraging tone for the weeks ahead as competition at the top of the table intensifies.
