Al-Hilal Crush Al-Taawoun 6-0 in Saudi Pro League

Al-Hilal delivered a commanding performance to beat Al-Taawoun 6-0 in the Saudi Pro League on 12 September 2026, played at Al-Taawoun Stadium in Buraidah, Saudi Arabia.

The visitors took control early and were already 3-0 up by half-time. Ollie Watkins opened the scoring in the 9th minute and later added a second in the 53rd. Gabriel Martinelli was the standout with a hat-trick, netting in the 18th, 43rd and 50th minutes. Sultan Mandash completed the rout with a goal in the 75th minute.

The result underlined Al-Hilal's attacking strength across both halves, with the away side scoring in each phase of the match and rarely losing rhythm against the home team.

For fans in Riyadh, Jeddah and across the Kingdom, the fixture is another marker in a Saudi Pro League season that continues to draw strong local and international attention. High-scoring matches like this reflect the growing competitiveness and profile of Saudi club football.

Al-Taawoun will look to regroup at home after a difficult afternoon, while Al-Hilal carry the momentum from a convincing away win into their upcoming schedule.
