Dallah Healthcare Names Altukeas Acting CEO

Dallah Healthcare Company has appointed Eng. Muteab bin Abdullah Altukeas as its acting chief executive officer, effective 1 September 2026, in a leadership change announced on 20 August 2026.

The move follows the company's approval of the resignation of Dr. Ahmed bin Saleh Babaeer as chief executive officer, which also takes effect on 1 September 2026. Alongside his new role, Altukeas was appointed to the group's Investment and Financing Committee on the same date.

Altukeas is not new to the organisation. He had served as chief strategy officer since 2022, and before that led the company's strategy and project management office (PMO) between 2017 and 2022, giving him extensive familiarity with the group's operations and long-term planning.
