Four Saudi Pro League Matches Postponed to December 2026

Two Matchweek 9 fixtures in the 2026–27 Roshn Saudi League have been postponed and given new dates, with both matches now scheduled for Saturday, December 19, 2026.

The affected games are Al Riyadh against Al Hilal, and Al Ittihad against Al Shabab. Both encounters were moved from their original slots and will now take place on the same day in December.

the postponements were made due to logistical considerations and the need to respect mandatory minimum rest periods between matches for the teams involved. These rest windows are designed to protect players' fitness and ensure fair scheduling across a demanding calendar.

What it means for fans

For supporters in Riyadh, Jeddah, and across the Kingdom, the changes mean adjusting plans for two of the season's notable fixtures. Fans holding tickets or planning to attend are advised to note the new date of Saturday, December 19, 2026, for both matches.

Fixture changes are a routine part of managing a busy football season, particularly when clubs face tight turnarounds between competitions. Keeping track of updated dates helps families and matchday visitors plan travel and attendance in advance.
