Jeddah to Host 2026-27 Formula E Season Opener

Jeddah will open the 2026–2027 ABB FIA Formula E World Championship, with two night races scheduled at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit on 18 and 19 December 2026. The double-header marks the first races of the new GEN4 era for the all-electric championship.

The format features one race on each day, held under floodlights along the coastal circuit in Makkah Province. Detailed session times were not available, but the event is confirmed as a nighttime double-header.

Tickets and Prices

Tickets are available through the official Formula E ticketing channel via the WeBook platform. Prices start from SAR 115 for a one-day ticket and SAR 195 for a two-day ticket. A one-day ticket is valid for the chosen race day, while a two-day ticket covers both 18 and 19 December 2026.

Purchases are handled through FormulaE.com ticketing and WeBook. No Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, Najiz, Nafath, Tawakkalna, or ministry application is required to buy tickets.

For the local community in Jeddah and beyond, the season opener adds another major international motorsport event to the Kingdom's growing sporting calendar, offering residents and visitors an accessible night of racing at an iconic waterfront venue.
