Juffali Denies Plans to Move Operations Abroad

E.A. Juffali & Brothers Group has publicly denied circulating reports claiming it intends to relocate its operations or offices outside Saudi Arabia, stressing that all of its activities remain firmly based in the Kingdom.

In its statement, the Group confirmed that its headquarters, operations, and investments continue to be located in Saudi Arabia, and that it has no current or future plans to move any of them to another country. It noted that since its establishment in 1936, it has never moved its operations outside the Kingdom.

The Group described the information spreading on social media and in some media outlets about a possible relocation as false, inaccurate, and unfounded. It also denied that Chairman Khaled Ahmed Juffali, or any authorized representative, had made any statement on the matter, saying that any remarks attributed to him on this topic are fabricated.

The Group added that it reserves the right to take legal action against any party that deliberately publishes false information about it. It urged both the media and the public to rely on its official corporate channels for verified information about its operations and any statements.

Why it matters

As one of the Kingdom's long-established business groups, clarity about where major companies base their operations is of interest to employees, partners, and the wider community. The Group's statement reaffirms its continued presence and commitment to Saudi Arabia and encourages the public to check official sources before sharing unverified claims online.
