Kingdom Luxury Travel Congress Returns to Riyadh 2026

The fifth edition of the Kingdom Business & Luxury Travel Congress (KBLT) 2026 takes place on 6–7 September 2026 at Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Riyadh in the Al Ghadeer District, bringing together more than 100 pre-qualified Saudi buyers alongside international travel and hospitality brands.

The congress is an invitation-only B2B event. Participation for Saudi buyers and international suppliers is based on pre-qualification and invitation rather than open public registration. The gathering draws buyers from the corporate, MICE, group, and luxury travel sectors.

The two-day format is built around pre-scheduled one-to-one meetings, conference sessions, panel discussions, keynotes, and networking that connect Saudi buyers with global suppliers. It continues the model used in previous editions held in Riyadh, with a focus on the Saudi outbound luxury, corporate, and MICE travel markets.

How participation works

Interested suppliers submit a participation request through the congress's official channels. Organizers then evaluate and pre-qualify suppliers and Saudi buyers, and confirmed participants receive direct invitations along with their meeting schedules. Public listings show the event fee as "on request," with no fixed ticket or exhibitor prices disclosed for 2026; commercial packages, fees in Saudi Riyal, and sponsorship terms are shared individually.

Registration and payment are handled through the organizers' own platforms and contact forms, not through Saudi government digital services. For the local travel trade, the congress offers a focused platform to build direct business ties within the growing Saudi outbound and business-travel space, in line with the wider expansion of the Kingdom's tourism and hospitality sector.
