Armah Signs 20-Year Deal for Riyadh Men's Sports Club

Armah Sports Company has signed a 20-year development and lease agreement for a new men's sports club in Riyadh, to be located in the Al-Qirawan district on Prince Musaed bin Jalawi Road.

The total value of the contract is SAR 110.4 million, excluding value-added tax, with an annual rent of SAR 5.52 million. The lease term is set to begin once the facility is fully handed over.

the club will operate under Armah's B_FIT brand and will serve men only. The deal covers both the development and the long-term lease of the facility, giving the operator a two-decade commitment at the site.

Why it matters

The new facility adds to the growing network of fitness venues across Riyadh, part of a wider expansion in the Kingdom's sports and wellness sector. For residents of Al-Qirawan and nearby neighbourhoods, the club is set to bring an additional dedicated training and fitness option closer to home.

The long-term nature of the agreement points to sustained investment in community sports infrastructure in the capital, where demand for gyms and fitness clubs has continued to rise in recent years.
