The SEREDO Real Estate Development and Ownership Expo 2026 opens at Jeddah Superdome on Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah Road, near King Abdulaziz International Airport, from 6 to 8 September 2026. The exhibition runs daily from 14:00 to 22:00 and brings together developers, financing institutions, investors and sector experts under one roof.
This year's Jeddah edition marks the fifth SEREDO exhibition and is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing. More than 50 government and private entities are taking part, offering visitors a broad view of residential and mixed-use projects, financing options, and municipal and housing initiatives across the Kingdom.
Spread across an exhibition area exceeding 15,000 square metres, the event typically draws around 30,000 visitors from the Makkah region and other parts of Saudi Arabia during its three-day run. Its focus is squarely on real estate development, ownership and investment opportunities.
Why it matters
For residents and expats weighing property ownership or investment, the expo offers a single venue to compare projects, meet developers directly, and explore financing solutions. It also reflects the wider push to expand housing options in line with national development goals.
Visitor entry and participation are organised through online registration and ticket booking on the official SEREDO website using the "احجز الآن / Book Now" function. Contact numbers and email addresses for participation and sponsorship are listed on the exhibition site. No general visitor ticket prices or participation fees have been publicly listed for the 2026 Jeddah edition.
