SEREDO 2026 Jeddah Wraps Up With 35,000 Visitors

The Saudi Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition, SEREDO 2026, concluded its Jeddah edition after three days at Jeddah Superdome, attracting approximately 35,000 visitors. The event ran from 6 to 8 September 2026, opening daily from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The exhibition brought together more than 50 entities, including government bodies, developers, investors, and financing institutions. Visitors were able to explore real-estate projects, browse investment opportunities, and review financing solutions across the three days.

Alongside the exhibition halls, the programme featured workshops and saw a number of partnership agreements signed between participating parties, reflecting growing activity across the Kingdom's real-estate sector.

SEREDO 2026 was also held in an earlier edition at Al-Darah Hall in Dammam, from 4 to 6 May 2026, extending its reach to more than one region of the Kingdom.
