Cityscape West KSA to Launch in Jeddah in 2027

A new real-estate exhibition dedicated to Saudi Arabia’s Western Region has been announced, with its inaugural edition scheduled for 29–31 March 2027 at the Jeddah Superdome in Jeddah. The event, Cityscape West KSA, is sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing.

The exhibition will focus on real-estate investment, homeownership, developer partnerships, financing, and residential opportunities, with a geographic focus on Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah. Organizers expect more than 100 exhibitors and hundreds of real-estate opportunities to be featured across the three days.

While the event was announced in 2026, it is not scheduled to take place that year; its first edition will run in March 2027. This gives developers, investors, and prospective homeowners in the Western Region ample time to plan their participation.
