Armah Sports Company has signed a land lease agreement to develop and operate two B_FIT sports clubs in Riyadh's Al-Narjis district, located on Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road.
The project will be built on a site covering 5,821 square metres and will feature dedicated clubs for both men and women, alongside commercial and office spaces.
the lease runs for 20 years and begins after a 24-month grace period calculated from the date the land is handed over. The grace period is expected to allow time for development and construction before operations start.
Why it matters for the community
The addition of new sports facilities in a growing residential area aligns with the Kingdom's broader push to expand fitness options and encourage an active lifestyle. For families and residents in northern Riyadh, the inclusion of separate men's and women's clubs means wider access to organised fitness services within the neighbourhood, while the attached commercial and office spaces could bring further amenities to the area.
At this stage, the announcement does not disclose the lease value, annual rent, VAT amount, membership prices, operating hours, opening date, or construction-completion timeline. Saudi Living will share further details as they become available.
