Leejam and SURJ Sign Deal to Boost Saudi Sports

Leejam Sports Company and SURJ Sports Investment signed a memorandum of understanding in Riyadh on 30 July 2025 aimed at advancing Saudi Arabia’s sports and fitness sector. The deal establishes a framework for cooperation rather than a consumer product or paid service.

Under the agreement, the two sides will work together across several areas, including the operation of stadiums and fitness facilities, co-investment in sports properties, sponsorship and brand engagement, community activation, data and technology, and sports-content production.

As part of the cooperation, Leejam will assess the possibility of operating or supporting fitness and wellness zones within facilities backed by SURJ. The parties also plan to explore joint fitness programs, mass-participation activities, sponsorships, sports investments, digital tools, performance analytics, and the production of fitness content.
