The fifth edition of the LEAP technology conference, LEAP 5, will take place in Riyadh from 31 August to 3 September 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center (RECC) in Malham, north of the capital. The four-day event will run daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is expected to draw more than 201,000 visitors.
LEAP 5 was rescheduled to the late-August dates following consultations aimed at securing stronger international participation and a fuller program. Earlier promotional material had listed 13–16 April 2026 at the same venue; that schedule has now been superseded.
The gathering brings together a large global lineup, including more than 600 startups, over 1,000 speakers, upward of 1,800 international tech brands, and around 1,900 investors. It is positioned as one of the world's largest and most attended technology events, reinforcing Riyadh's growing role as a global hub for technology and artificial intelligence.
Tickets and passes
Registration and ticket purchases are handled through the official LEAP event website. For attendees, the General pass is priced at SAR 190, the Priority pass at SAR 2,253, and the VIP pass at SAR 11,830. Founders can obtain a Founder's pass for SAR 1,690, while the Investor's pass is available by application only. Student passes are free.
All passes are valid for the full four-day event during operating hours. Holders of a General pass may upgrade to Priority or VIP subject to availability, with upgrade pricing reflecting the current ticket phase at the time of upgrade.
For residents and businesses in Riyadh, LEAP 5 offers a chance to connect with startups, investors, and global tech firms in one venue — an opportunity aligned with the Kingdom's ambitions to build a leading digital and AI economy.
