Riyadh to Host Saudi Mega Projects 2026 Summit

Riyadh is set to host the Saudi Mega Projects 2026 Summit from 28 to 30 September 2026 at The Venue by ROSHN Group, located in ROSHN's SEDRA community on King Khalid International Airport Road. The three-day in-person event brings together giga-project owners, investors, developers and delivery partners under the theme "Turning Vision Into Value."

The summit centres on the giga and mega projects delivering رؤية السعودية 2030, and marks the fourth edition returning to the capital. This year's programme positions itself around a shift from capital deployment to capital effectiveness — a renewed focus on what organisers describe as the critical delivery phase of the national vision.

Attendees can expect plenary sessions and panel discussions, dedicated workshops, and a showcase and exhibition area for construction technologies. The showcase covers building information modelling (BIM), Internet of Things, digital twins, modular construction, building materials and machinery, HVAC, energy efficiency, artificial intelligence and GIS.

Entry to the summit is free of charge for attendees who register in advance, with no ticket fee for general participants. Registration is handled directly through the summit organisers' event platform: interested participants submit an online form with their personal and professional details, select the days or sessions they wish to attend, and await email confirmation with badge instructions. On-site access is granted at The Venue with the confirmation and valid ID.

Doors typically open from 8:00 to 17:30 on the first two days and from 8:00 to 15:00 on the final day. Registration grants access for the full run of the event, with daily entry limited to official opening hours. For Riyadh's business and construction community, the summit offers a direct window onto the Kingdom's largest developments and the technologies shaping their delivery.
