Riyadh will host the World Stadiums & Arenas Summit on 14–15 October 2026 at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences on the Eastern Ring Road in Ghirnatah, bringing together sports venue developers, architects, operators, and investors. Registration opens at 08:00 on both days, with sessions concluding around 17:25 on 14 October and 17:30 on 15 October.
The two-day programme covers sports infrastructure, stadium and arena development, venue operations, investment, technology, and live-entertainment destinations. The Ministry of Sport is an event partner, with ministry representatives featured in the programme. A Stadiums & Arenas Awards ceremony is scheduled for 15 October.
Three pass types are available. The Primary Delegate Pass is priced at USD 49 plus VAT (about SAR 184) and is open to stadium architects, developers, government and ministry entities, municipalities, sporting centers and clubs, and sports federations; a buy-two-get-one-free offer applies. The Vendor Delegate Pass costs USD 1,000 plus VAT (about SAR 3,750) and includes expo access, conference access, and lunch. The Industry Partner Package is USD 7,000 plus VAT (about SAR 26,250).
Registration is handled through the event registration platform, and no Saudi government service such as أبشر, مقيم, قوى, ناجز, نفاذ, or توكلنا is required. All passes apply to the 14–15 October 2026 event only.
For residents and professionals in the sports, construction, and events sectors, the summit reflects the Kingdom's expanding investment in sports venues and live-entertainment destinations, offering a platform to connect with developers, operators, and decision-makers in Riyadh.
