Riyadh to Host World Stadiums Summit in 2026

Riyadh will host the 2nd World Stadiums & Arenas Summit on 14–15 October 2026 at the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences on the Eastern Ring Road in the Ghirnatah district. The two-day event brings together stadium architects, developers, government bodies, municipalities, sporting clubs, and federations to discuss the future of sports venues.

The summit covers stadium and arena design, development, and operations, alongside smart-venue technology, sustainability, public-private partnerships, facility financing, fan experience, and broader sports-infrastructure investment. The Ministry of Sport is an event partner, with the National Centre for Privatisation and JLL also listed among the partners.

Organisers point to the scale of the opportunity: Saudi Arabia's sports-infrastructure market is projected to exceed USD 22 billion by 2030, underscoring the Kingdom's growing role as a hub for major sporting events and venue development.

Passes and eligibility

A primary delegate pass is priced at USD 49 plus VAT, with eligibility covering stadium architects, developers, government and ministry representatives, municipalities, sporting centres or clubs, and sports federations. A vendor delegate pass costs USD 1,000 plus VAT and is intended for technology and solution providers, including access to the expo, conference, and lunch. An Industry Partner Package is available at USD 7,000, offering two passes and event branding.

All listed prices are in US dollars, and no official Saudi Riyal conversions were provided. For the community, the summit signals continued momentum in sports-sector investment across the Kingdom, with implications for jobs, local businesses, and the fan experience at venues in Riyadh and beyond.
