Ronaldo Hits 980th Goal as Al Nassr Beat Diriyah 3-0

Cristiano Ronaldo reached a new personal landmark on Thursday, scoring the 980th goal of his career as Al Nassr defeated Diriyah 3-0 in the Roshn Saudi League at Al-Awwal Park in Riyadh.

The Portuguese forward opened the scoring in the 23rd minute, giving his side an early lead in front of the home crowd. His strike added another milestone to one of football's most prolific careers.

Al Nassr went on to secure a comfortable victory, with Samu Costa and Kingsley Coman also finding the net to complete the 3-0 result.

The win was a strong statement at home for Al Nassr, who continue to field one of the league's most recognisable attacking lineups. Ronaldo's ongoing goalscoring form remains a major draw for fans across Riyadh and the wider Kingdom, where the Roshn Saudi League continues to attract growing attention.

For football supporters in Saudi Arabia, matches at Al-Awwal Park have become a regular highlight of the sporting calendar, offering local and expat communities the chance to watch top international talent in action close to home.
