2026-27 Saudi Pro League Calendar Confirmed

The Saudi Pro League has confirmed the official calendar for the 2026-27 Roshn Saudi League, with the new season scheduled to kick off on 13 August 2026 and conclude on 29 May 2027. The published schedule confirms that domestic league matches will continue as planned.

the season spans 34 rounds in total. Of these, 25 rounds are set to be played on weekends, while four rounds will be partly split between weekends and weekdays. The structure gives fans a mostly weekend-focused schedule across the campaign.

The calendar lays out four rounds each in August, September, and October, followed by three rounds each in November and December. Matches will then pause in January before resuming in February, giving clubs a mid-season break.

Why it matters

The confirmed schedule comes amid a busy international, continental, and domestic calendar, which the league cited as the context for scheduling considerations. For residents and expats who follow Saudi football, the published dates offer clarity on when and where matches will take place throughout the season.

With clear start and end dates and a defined round-by-round breakdown, supporters can plan ahead for the months of competition, from the August opening through to the final matchday at the end of May.
