Saudi Steel Pipe Company has secured an estimated SAR177 million purchase order from Saudi Aramco to supply steel pipes used in oil and gas applications. The order was received on 13 October 2026.
the agreement runs for a period of up to 12 months and covers the delivery of steel pipes for the energy sector. No related parties are involved in the deal.
The company expects the financial impact of the contract to be reflected in its results during the second half of 2027, once the supply and delivery work is carried out and recognised.
Why it matters
Contracts of this size highlight the steady demand for locally produced industrial goods within the Kingdom's energy supply chain. For residents and workers connected to the industrial and manufacturing sectors, such agreements point to continued activity and stability in a key part of the Saudi economy.
They also reflect the wider push under Saudi Vision 2030 to deepen local manufacturing and strengthen the role of Saudi companies in serving major projects across the oil and gas industry.
