Arabian Pipes Company has signed a contract worth approximately SAR 96 million with Saudi Aramco to manufacture and supply steel pipes, in a deal that runs for a duration of 10 months.
The agreement was signed on September 28, 2026. Under its terms, Arabian Pipes will produce and deliver steel pipes to the national energy company as part of the country's ongoing industrial and energy supply activities.
The company expects the contract to reflect on its financial results across three consecutive quarters, beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026 and continuing through the second quarter of 2027. No related parties were reported in connection with the deal.
Why it matters
Contracts of this kind between local manufacturers and major national companies support the growth of Saudi Arabia's domestic industrial base and reinforce local supply chains. Steel pipes are a core component of energy and infrastructure projects, and agreements that keep production within the Kingdom align with wider efforts to strengthen homegrown manufacturing.
For the wider community, deals such as this one can help sustain manufacturing activity, support jobs in the industrial sector, and contribute to the steady development of the local economy.
