Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Expo 2026 in Riyadh

Riyadh will host the third edition of the Saudi Warehousing & Logistics Expo from 8 to 10 September 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC), with daily hours running from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The event is held under the patronage of the Minister of Transport and Logistic Services, Saleh bin Nasser Al‑Jasser, and was inaugurated by Vice Minister Rumaih Al‑Rumaih.

The 2026 edition brings together more than 350 exhibiting companies presenting over 4,000 products and services, with over 18,000 industry professionals expected to attend. Exhibited solutions span warehousing and storage, cargo solutions, cold chain, cross‑docking and transloading, freight forwarding, last‑mile delivery, e‑commerce fulfilment, fleet and commercial vehicles, multimodal transport, ports and terminals, and third‑party logistics.

The accompanying program focuses on logistics infrastructure and investment, warehousing and distribution, digital resilience, supply chain security, and the impact of shifting international trade flows on the Kingdom's logistics networks.

Attendance and registration

Admission is free of charge, but entry is restricted to trade and industry professionals, and visitors under 18 are not permitted. Registration is required and must be completed online in advance through the official visitor registration portal on the exhibition website.

For the community, the expo reflects the growing role of logistics and supply chain services in the Kingdom's economy. It offers professionals in transport, retail, e‑commerce, and distribution a place to explore new technology, connect with suppliers, and follow developments shaping how goods move across Saudi Arabia.
