Toney hat trick fires Al Ahli to 4-0 win over Abha

Al Ahli continued their flawless start to the 2026-27 Roshn Saudi Pro League with a commanding 4-0 win over Abha, powered by an Ivan Toney hat trick at King Abdullah Sports City (Alinma Bank Stadium) in Jeddah.

The result, in the second round of the season, kept Al Ahli's perfect record intact and delighted home supporters at the club's Jeddah stadium.

Toney set the tone early, opening the scoring in the 5th minute before doubling the lead from the penalty spot in the 13th minute. Francisco Trincão extended the advantage in the 51st minute, and Toney completed his treble in the 57th minute to seal the emphatic victory.

Why it matters

For fans across Jeddah and the wider Kingdom, the early-season momentum signals another competitive campaign for one of the country's most-followed clubs. Toney's clinical hat trick underlines his growing importance to the side as Al Ahli aim to sustain their winning run.

Matches at King Abdullah Sports City continue to draw strong local crowds, reinforcing the venue's role as a central hub for Saudi Pro League football in the western region. Tickets and broadcast access are handled through club and league commercial channels.
