Al Ahli Beat Abha 4-0 as Toney Nets Hat-Trick

Al Ahli extended their strong start to the 2026-27 Saudi Pro League season with a 4-0 home win over Abha on 22 August 2026, as striker Ivan Toney scored a hat-trick at Alinma Bank Stadium at King Abdullah Sport City in Jeddah.

Toney set the tone early, opening the scoring in the 5th minute before doubling the lead from the penalty spot in the 13th minute. The visitors were unable to respond, and Al Ahli went into the interval firmly in control.

The hosts pulled further clear after the break. Francisco Trincão added a third in the 51st minute, and Toney completed his hat-trick in the 57th minute to seal a comfortable 4-0 victory.

The result keeps Al Ahli among the early pace-setters and continues their winning run at the start of the campaign. For fans across Jeddah and the wider Kingdom, the emphatic home display offers an encouraging sign as the new season builds momentum.
