Al Nassr Clinch Saudi Pro League Title with 4-1 Win

Al Nassr were crowned champions of the 2025–26 Saudi Pro League (Roshn Saudi League) after a 4–1 home win over Damac at Al‑Awwal Park in Riyadh on the final matchday, played on 21 May 2026.

Sadio Mané opened the scoring in the 34th minute, and Kingsley Coman doubled the lead in the 52nd. Damac pulled one back through a Morlaye Sylla penalty in the 58th minute, before Cristiano Ronaldo settled the contest with two goals in the 63rd and 81st minutes to complete the 4–1 result.

The victory secured the title with 86 points, finishing two points clear of Al Hilal on 84. It marks Al Nassr's 11th top-flight league title in Saudi Arabia and their first Saudi Pro League crown since the 2018–19 season.

For Ronaldo, this is his first Saudi Pro League title with Al Nassr and the eighth domestic league title of his club career across different countries. His brace in the decisive match lifted his league tally for the season to 27–28 goals.

Why it matters

The result carries significance for football fans across the Kingdom, especially in Riyadh, where Al Nassr are based. As Saudi champions, the club will enter the AFC Champions League Elite league stage. For the 2026–27 Saudi Pro League season — scheduled to run from 13 August 2026 to 29 May 2027 — Al Nassr will begin as reigning champions.
