Al Nassr Edge NEOM 1-0 as Félix Scores Winner

Al Nassr secured a 1–0 win over NEOM in Saudi Pro League action on 20 October 2026, in a match played in Riyadh.

João Félix proved the difference, netting the only goal of the game in the 61st minute to hand his side all three points in a tightly contested encounter.

The home team had earlier squandered a golden chance to open the scoring when Cristiano Ronaldo missed a penalty in the first half. The miss kept the contest level heading into the break, raising the tension before Félix broke the deadlock after the restart.

The narrow result underlines how finely balanced top-flight matches in the Kingdom can be, where a single moment often decides the outcome. For fans across Riyadh and the wider Saudi football community, the fixture offered another evening of high-stakes competition featuring some of the league's most recognizable names.

With the Saudi Pro League continuing to attract global talent, matchdays like this one reflect the growing appeal of domestic football and its expanding audience among residents and expats alike.
