Saudi Aramco has set its official selling prices (OSPs) for October 2026 crude cargoes, keeping the price of Arab Light for Asian buyers unchanged while slightly raising the premium charged to customers in the United States.
For Asia, the October Arab Light OSP was fixed at USD 2.00 per barrel below the average of the Oman/Dubai benchmark. This is the same level as the previous pricing statement, meaning no change for buyers in the region.
For U.S. customers, the October Arab Light OSP was set at a premium of USD 4.60 per barrel over the Argus Sour Crude Index (ASCI) for North America. This represents a small increase in the premium compared with the prior month.
Official selling prices are monthly formula prices applied to cargoes nominated for loading in a given month. The October differentials apply only to shipments loading in October 2026, after which new differentials are issued for November. The prices are expressed in U.S. dollars and export crude contracts are typically settled in dollars rather than in Saudi Riyal.
These OSPs are published through Saudi Aramco's own pricing circulars and statements. E-government platforms such as أبشر, مقيم, قوى, ناجز, نفاذ and توكلنا are not used for crude oil pricing or trading. No additional service fees or e-portal steps apply beyond the standard commercial nomination and contracting procedures between Saudi Aramco and its buyers.
