Big 5 Construct Saudi 2026 Adds Four Trade Events

Four specialized trade events will run alongside Big 5 Construct Saudi at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center (ROSHN Front) on Airport Road in Riyadh from 30 August to 2 September 2026. The co-located shows are HVACR Saudi Arabia, FM & Clean Saudi Arabia, Heavy Saudi Arabia, and Totally Concrete Saudi Arabia.

Each event targets a distinct segment of the built-environment industry. HVACR Saudi Arabia focuses on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration and climate-control solutions for commercial, industrial and mixed-use developments. FM & Clean Saudi Arabia covers facilities management, operation, maintenance, cleaning and hygiene solutions for built assets. Heavy Saudi Arabia and Totally Concrete Saudi Arabia round out the line-up for the construction sector.

The events operate as trade exhibitions rather than government services. Registration and participation are handled only through the official Big 5 Construct Saudi website, not through Absher, Muqeem, Qiwa, Najiz, Nafath, Tawakkalna or other government digital platforms.

How to attend

Visitor admission is free of charge for pre-registered industry and trade professionals. To attend, visitors complete the online registration form on the Big 5 Construct Saudi website, receive a digital confirmation and entry badge, then present that badge with valid ID at the registration counters upon arrival. Visitors under 18 years of age are not permitted, and each badge is valid only for the event days.

The exhibition is expected to run daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Conference Center. For professionals in construction, HVAC, facilities management and related trades across Riyadh and the wider Kingdom, the co-located format offers a single venue to explore multiple industry sectors in one visit.
