SFMA EXPO 2026 Opens in Riyadh: Smart Facilities

The Saudi Facilities Management Association held its major industry event, SFMA EXPO 2026, in Riyadh from 20 to 22 September 2026 under the theme “Smart Facilities, Smart Cities.” The gathering took place at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center on King Abdullah Road, and admission was free with prior registration required.

The three-day event brought together more than 200 government and private entities, with over 200 speakers and more than 120 workshops covering the latest developments in the facilities-management sector. On the official side, participation included the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing alongside other government bodies.

Programming ran across two schedules: the conference sessions from 10:00 to 18:00, while the accompanying exhibition opened to visitors from 13:00 to 21:00. Commercial participation and sponsorship were arranged separately, and no public price list was announced.
